Transparent hourly rates, principal-led. We do not quote fixed prices on work like this, because a fixed price on a product nobody has built yet is a guess, and you are the one who pays for the guess. You steer priorities week to week and you see exactly what you are paying for.

Architecture, access control and data handling are decided at the start, not retrofitted after a review. We have led ISO 27001 implementations and build to that standard whether or not you need the certificate.

James has spent 25 years leading technology across insurance, environmental science, fintech, ecommerce and AI automation, in CTO and founder roles, with teams of up to 50, and has led ISO 27001 implementations for regulated Australian businesses. He is a practising SaaS founder shipping AI-native products in production, and he is hands-on in every Zenith build.
